I recently had a plumbing emergency, and I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Francisco for help. They promptly sent a plumber to fix a burst pipe in my basement. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes and quickly identified and repaired the issue. The quality of their work was exceptional; the pipe was as good as new. Despite the emergency call, their pricing was very reasonable, and I couldn't be happier with the value I received. I highly recommend their plumbing services.

It was extremely easy to get in touch with the answering service--a real, live human being! -- at Mr. Rooter. The efficient administrator even answered the phone on a Sunday! Service was prompt, efficient, and polite. The technician explained options we could consider in solving the problem and made our job much easier by going out to purchase the kind of new faucet we had chosen. The job turned out to be more demanding than we had expected, so the technician had to make two visits. On both occasions, he accomplished the work in the estimated time and at the stated price. We were altogether satisfied with this company and recommend it highly.
